They all the time fully booked and they don't care about patients, they probably thinking that patients don't have nothing to do and having fun calling gp ,but unfortunately ther is no fun at all be in pain that's why people ar seeking for help as needs to be treated . When you want to discuss about meditation which you been prescribed over the phone, because on the leaflet said different that you needed ,they just said call next day . Patients can not feel worse after 8 am as they don't have appointmnts. Its so sad.

Very bad and the treatment is very bad and they do not care if you are sick or not anything. They do not accept any interview and tell you just go to the hospital for anything and you are not interviewed for a whole year. Ask for an interview. The answer is, go to the hospital only. I do not advise anyone to come here.

Absolute discussing and horrible customer service, even Felmores Medical Centre took over phone enquiries, customer service hasn't change. over the years we were given wrong advice, even doctors attitude is careless. if you have a choice to have different gp, 100% do not choose this one. Being myself customer service professional for 15 years now, I highly recommend this practice to invest in to customer service training. And to the lady i just spoke on the phone. Thank you for the anxiety attack you cost me, from your leak of professionalism. Please do let patients talk first and don't jump in front, and do not raise your voice, just because you are not happy with the questions you have been given.
