Wow what a absolutely fantastic location, unfortunately the staff were not as nice!!! We arrived at the gate to be greated with the riot act, she had no leaflet to give us as she had run out but it was the tone of her voice that got our back up before we had even entered the park. We had gone as a family but obviously this was the biggest mistake as they don't seem to like groups, after we had all set up and started the bbq up for us to have tea, we sat around just enjoying the location when at 9pm we were abruptly told our bbq had to be put out there and then and the warden wasn't moving until we had! It wasn't even on the grass it was on the concrete of our pitch, sad to say the kids never got to have their toasted marshmallows 😕 We all retreated back to the awning to have a catch up and enjoy ourselves after this were this wasn't even allowed as the wardens circled the camp telling people to keep the noise down, by 10.15 we were fed up with this so all went to bed, We all co.e on holiday to relax and unwinded but obviously we weren't able to achieve that here! Perfect location but very poor customer relations, Sad to say we will not be returning

Have just returned from what should of been a celebration 🍾 weekend with family but found even before was allowed in the gates, told all the rules as if we were back to being children 🙄🙄, not funny when you are all mature citizens, was having a bbq and a few drinks together 😉 and was made to feel like naughty children (REALLY), and had to put the bbq out before 9pm, the warden stood over us until my husband got some water 💧 and done it while he watched, location beautiful, due to attitude of staff will not recommend or return, such a shame, need to have a meeting with your staff or replace them

We have a touring caravan the site is very quiet, short walk into the new forest. Lots of lovely walks 20mins into brockenhurst along path, drive to highcliffe lovely beach and nature walk and the cafe at the end really nice hearty food would highly recommend think it's called the beach cafe, Dog-friendliness: Really dog friendly but have to keep dogs on lead as deer come right up to your caravan or tent

Great space, all facilities you need and very clean. Great bonus: facilities open all night. 32£ for 1 night, 2 of us in a camper van. 20 minutes walk into town. Great area for walks and nature. We were quite conscious about our neighbors as they all went quiet by 9pm…
