Parking at base of Wilmington and a checky trek up the winding parh. Its gets heart rate going but worth it for the incredible views, well worth the visit and picnic at top.

My legs are going to ache tomorrow!!! Fantastic place to spend a few hours. Public footpaths and bridleways from Wilmington hamlet circle Long Man, across the ridge and further if you've the time. Small free car park in Wilmington, in view of long man if its raining and you don't want to go far. Lovely church and grounds just along the road which has a 1600yr old Yew tree
