I hate shopping online!! The only place in my area you can physically see electrical goods is Currys, don’t bother!! Unless you’re wanting a Laptop they don’t know their arse from their elbow!! Product knowledge is Zero!!! I was wanting a Rangemaster and phoned a few companies as descriptions varied from glossy black, matte black or black, the lovely lady who first dealt with me took the trouble to FaceTime me on her own phone so I could actually see the finish of the cooker. I phoned back a couple of days later to place my order, it was the ladies day off so the fabulous Michael helped me, he went above and beyond to explain things, also phoned Rangemaster to try and rush delivery, what a star!!! It’s getting delivered on Monday so has only taken a week, thought it would be 4wks, Well done Long Eaton Appliance Company, Your staff are amazing!!! I will certainly be recommending your company!!👏

Saturday: I arrived instore, there were 3 staff members sat at the front talking to each other, I went and stood in front of them, then stood there looking around, and finally walked off: not one person acknowledged me. Husband and I then stood looking at a cooker, a staff member joined us (no introduction): he was not forthcoming at all (reactive, not proactively telling us about the cooker) attitude came across as disinterested. Very disappointing experience, moreso given it took forever to get there, through horrendous roadworks.

Needed a new fridge/freezer and have used them before, so being able to go to a place and see products is a big bonus. Staff were knowledgeable and delivery will be within a week. Went for a brand we had never heard of purely because we could see it. Going to store allows you to access a wider range of products via the Euronics network
