First consultation - waited 1.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time to see Dr. Kelly. Dr. Kelly was thorough and demonstrated a high degree of care. Second appointment for blood work at a different location - no waiting time and the nurse was fantastic. Post-care: mistakes in their invoicing system led to repeated false and aggressive "late payment" notifications and subsequent apologies from the admin staff. I still have not received the results of my blood test after two months, despite 5+ calls, leaving messages and twice talking to the administrator. I emailed them again today. Fingers crossed.

He took a holistic approach to my wellbeing, and took the time to hear me out. He has a great sense of humour, (which is always a bonus) and helped to put me at ease.
