On the ground floor, a nice gentleman greeted me, registered and after I couldn't find the reservation e-mail, he even wrote down my six-digit access code. 😅❤️ I arrived on the first floor 20 minutes before my original time (it's a sure thing, haha), I was just looking around, and then I checked in through the kiosk. I was just about to look around and take a photo, when the receptionist called me. 😃 He was very kind, patient and helpful, it took me 3 whole minutes to write things down and I was already on my way out. There are several washrooms (many of us missed them at the previous address), all clean. Honestly, I say it with a hat, the change is huge for me in all respects! Thank you very much for your work! ✌🏻 (Original) Első alkalommal jártam a Konzulátuson mióta az új helyre költözött és abszolút pozitívan csalódtam! 🙂 Az időpontfoglalás egyszerű, az épület Knightsbridge metrómegállótól 3 perc séta. A földszinten egy kedves úriember fogadott, beregisztrált és miután nem találtam a foglalási e-mailt még a hatjegyű behívó kódomat is leírta nekem. 😅❤️ Az első emeletre 20 perccel az eredeti időpontom előtt érkeztem (biztos ami biztos,haha), épp csak körülnéztem, majd bejelentkeztem a kiosk-on keresztül. Épp szét akartam nézni és fényképezni, mire az ügyintéző hölgy már hívott is. 😃 Nagyon kedves, türelmes és segítőkész volt, 3 egész percbe tellett lepapírozni a dolgokat és már suhantam is kifelé.
