Ozzy have been courteous and accommodating up to the time when we hit installation issues. After which headache and exuberant costs were proposed to be added in order to solve poor design and craftmanship. It started when original contract cost was adjusted by 100£ at the time of installation due to an additional "wooden baton". I agreed, but final product ended up to be deteriorating and sagging across the length of the blinds. Granted Ozzy ability to estimate proper design are poor, but obnoxiousness of telling me if you wanted to have a "proper job" then you have to pay an additional 700£ was beyond me! First of all 700£ is a poor cover up patch and not a solution to the poor design. Second of all I would love to see a customer who does not want a "proper job". So dear customers if you want something other then "proper job" go for it. If you are ready for additional exuberant costs go for it. I consider my money wasted.

Extremely pleased with the London Window Blinds Team. From attending to measure my windows, selecting the blinds and fitting them, the service and quality of blinds was excellent. They have a vast selection of blinds to choose from and I was able to purchase wipeable & black-out blinds for my living room. Fitting took less than two hours for three large windows. Would recommend. The new blinds are made a vast difference to my living room - much lighter and brighter.

We're very happy with our blackout roller blinds from London Window Blinds. Lots of colours to choose from, quick responses to emails and an excellent installation. I appreciated receiving clear answers to my questions about the different blackout blinds available. We're in SE London, but the team were able to come and measure the windows no problem, then install the blinds once they were ready. Would definitely recommend.

Ozzy from London Window Blinds did a great job of providing made to measure blinds. We were looking for blinds that could keep out the sun out in the afternoon on the south east side of the house in North London. Ozzy recommended blackout blinds and we were able to select the perfect colours for our home from a large selection of examples he brought with him. They were made to measure at his factory and fitted within three weeks of our first appointment. Ozzy also disposed of our old blinds. The service was fast and friendly and I would certainly use London Window Blinds again.

We have just had our third set of blinds installed from London Window Blinds. Each time over the past few years they've done us the most beautiful made to measure slatted wood venetians. I love all the sets we have -they totally transform the space and allow for a lot more light and privacy. The previous sets (including in our old flat, also in North West London) have lasted brilliantly - they don't just look great, they are also sturdy, easy to operate and were fitted perfectly around tricky bay windows. Very smooth service from start to finish and prompt installation of the blinds. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks.
