Seems most reviews are from tradesmen who fit for customers and don't need to exchange or return. I have brought products a few times (to support local business) and found customer service to be poor. Staff non attentive and sometimes can come across very dismissive. Apparently they don't have any guarantee on their products regardless of how much you buy.
