Worst experience ever. My collection was canceled on the day due to a flat tyre and had to rescheduled for following week. Following week, my collection slot was 7-11am on a Saturday. Woke up early but no sign of anyone coming. I have chased them 11;30am on the day of the collection. Operator confirmed they are running late but I am definitely on the list. Chased again around 3pm. Got told by the operator I will get a call back once they sorted out what is going on. Safe to say the call never happened and my item wasn't collected again. 2nd time in a row. 6pm on Saturday I get a call from what I assume was one of the drivers meant to have collected my item. He apologised for the situation and asked if he can collect following day (Sunday) at 10am. No one turned up or called on Sunday. I live in a block of flats so couldn't leave the item outside. As such, I have wasted an entire weekend waiting for my item to be collected. I had to call them on Monday morning and ask for a refund. One would expect they would have called me first thing on Monday and apologised, offering a solution. Service: Electronic waste removal & disposal

Booked this on the understanding they would collect my bed at 7am on 12th August 2022. I rang them yesterday 10th August to confirm that they would collect at 7am which they said yes but would ring me back before close of business to confirm. They did not call back so I rang them again today and they informed me they would collect it at 9.15am to which I replied this was not any good I even asked if I could pay more to ensure they collect at 7.00am? Which they said no it was not possible. So I then requested they cancel and refund me my fee of £66.00 to which they refused. Edited to say this was Not last-minute I contacted them on the 10th August the minute I had my delivery time. I also view their remarks that I was aggressive and abusive as slander and will be looking at legal options.

Honestly such a good company to use. Called up the morning before and booked it for the next morning. Was very professional and took a large Wardrobe and bed frame with mattress in about 25 mins. Absolutely amazing- will be using them again if needs be

The people that came to take the rubbish away were lovely, however, I was told my waste would be a half load not quarter load which is what I paid for. No problem. What was a problem is the half load is on the website as 225 and Ive paid a total of 275 I was also told if I paid the extra in cash it would be £90 extra but with card it would be £120 extra. Very odd. Possible tax evasion?
