Incredibly unprofessional behaviour. I’ve booked my appointment through Treatwell, messaged the ‘lady’ on the day to confirm my appointment and the address (after she hanged up on me when I called). And after we confirmed the appointment and I got there she ignored my messages, didn’t pick up the phone and texted me after I was waiting for 20minutes in front of the door that she’s not home. I could clearly hear her inside as her windows were open. Didn’t apologise, didn’t offer to rebook my appointment, nothing. I’m still waiting for my refund of £80!! The worst experience I’ve ever had.
