the job description does not match what they are asking for, verbal interview 5 mins - and makes people add some list of applications on an excel sheet- The photo ids were real and the personal data of the applicants for the course was all over the office. Massive security and data protection breach. People who are applying for the course here beware, as your personal data is going to be accessed by a lot of unauthorised individuals. Three people interviewing for the same role at the same time in the same room. One of the interviewees walked off as the job description was misleading. Asking for 2 years experience for a £9k 20 hrs role, I have an admin experience for 5 years now and they asked me if i know excel. Wanted me and others to do their 30 mins worth of admin in the 'Name' of interviews. I was clearly over qualified for the role but they seemed to be no bothered by it and were happy to waste my time.
