I requested and prepaid for an early morning airport transfer from London VIP Transfers - to London on Boxing Day. The moment our plane landed, I received a WhatsApp message saying that they cannot pick us up and instead, they will refund us the payment. It has now been almost 3 weeks and I have been in contact over and over again on WhatsApp asking for my refund. Instead, they continue making excuses claiming that the refund will be sent "in a couple of days" and to please give them time. I feel I have been more than patient enough waiting for this refund as it is not a small amount. I believe they are lying about ever sending the refund and therefore have had to leave this review. You should avoid this service at all costs because you may end up in a situation like mine - no ride and no refund. I have all of the WhatsApp messages to prove their incompetence as well in case they want to reply to this review with anything that contradicts what I'm saying. At this point, it isn't even about the money, it is the fact that this 'company' is doing this to people and getting away with it.
