Waited for ten minutes in the rain with no answer on the intercom, until a lady came down and said there was no phone reception today, so she hasn’t realised we were waiting - not sure how there is no reception in central London! I was getting a hepatitis A and Typhoid vaccination. Online, it said both were in stock, but the lady said they had no typhoid in stock. I would rather have not wasted money on parking and fuel - if only their website had been correct and up to date! Very bad experience, will not be returning. Also much more expensive than other vaccination clinics in London.
