I have had a London Undercover umbrella for about four years. I noticed that the end cap had come off and went to the shop to buy a new umbrella as it was out of warranty and I thought it might start to rust. Mentioned that I needed a new umbrella because the cap had fallen off, the staff took a look and came back with it fixed in a couple of minutes. No charge. Great service and great products.
