Sent a tv man to collect my TV, he told me it was a simple fault he see regularly, quoted me 125 to just collet the tv and says it may cost about 250 to repair. Got a call 2 weeks later from someone saying the tv is beyond repair, they then asked if I wanted to keep it or throw it away. I told them deliver it back. It was then delivered with more damage to the outside than when it was taken. Disgusting behaviour. Reported to police and will be seeing them personally very soon. Crooks. They wanted to keep my TV. STAY AWAY FROM THESE DODGY CROoKED PEOPLE. Police says its a civil matter so they can't do nothing. STAY AWAY.

5 stars for speed and honesty, it took one phone call for them to diagnose the problem and conclude it would not be cost effective to get it fixed. They did not charge me anything for it. Another service tried to get a visit out of it.
