Had I read some of the reviews I might not have ordered. However I did, excellent service! My turbo arrived the next day (works fine) and my deposit returned within 48 hours of me returning the exchange unit. I would recommend and buy from London Turbos again.

I made the mistake of not reading their reviews prior to purchase. I brought a turbo in May , by February snapped. When asking for an exchange (as this company apparently offers a 1 year guarantee for the cartridge and 2 years for the turbo unit ) I was offered the part to ‘Fix it’ for another £120 even though I explained to them the engine has been reconditioned brand new oil filter and a brand new oil pump also a brand new oil feed pipe, recipes to prove then they said they will get back to me witch i waited for about a week then decided to ring them back for them to tell me the person that does that turbo is on holiday. then they say it was a fault on my car and that it was not serviced correctly. My mechanic spoke to them, but it appears ‘he’s not a good mechanic’ even though I had it done a renault specialist with fully trained ren techs. STAY AWAY This company will sell you rubbish and never admit the truth and take the blame they will argue and just blatantly lie when you try to exchange it. I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere and avoid this company. Unprofessional and rude I have never been spoken too of a company as rude as these people.

Absolutely terrible service STAY AWAY Using cheap Chinese parts turbos don’t last 2 minutes tried explaining and offered pictures and recipes of new oil feed pipe fitted new oil filter and oil pump but absolutely refused warranty car been stuck in garage for 3 weeks they tell me it’s under investigation then I ring again it’s been starved of oil I ask to speak to see why as I’ve fitted everything new and they tell me he’s now holiday the worst service I have ever had and wasted money so now no car and no turbo thanks a lot London turbos
