Biased interpretation of law. They don't understand that the law is not something they can interpret as they wish just so they can justify council's nonsense. They should look at the law as it is and at facts, which they don't care for. Same experience as everyone else, the adjudicator knew the outcome before even having a chance to explain, it actually felt like you have to justify that you didn't do something wrong, and they dismiss anything you say, even if you're not the accusing party, the council is.

This is owned by transport for London, so you never get a fair trial, I paid initially but it wasn’t ‘registered’ and it’s just not my fault, the lady I spoke to was evil and shouldn’t work with people ever again, cancer is too good for these people

Completely corrupt! Charged by council for prohibited right turn when both their no right turn signs were completely blacked out, they admitted they were blacked out by mistake and yet London tribunals still sided with them, just shows that this service is more corrupt than the councils themselves and is just acting to reap revenue for councils! I think everyone should stop paying their council tax and any parking issues and see where this disgrace of a country ends up!

One rule for them and one rule for us! Adjudicators do not base decisions fairly! London tribunal adjudicators don’t not care and are not bothered! They will always side with the enforcement officer at first approach. The adjudicators do not care about evidence & do not consider your appeal and try to frame it on you when you’re trying to explain your side of the appeal. It also depends on the case handler as well. There is one percent of case handler who will actually does the job properly and base their decision fairly, the rest of the case handlers, which seems to be men who are over the age of 60 coming to there pension age DO NOT care about clearly evidence or common sense. One of my cases I gave them evidence of breakdown from the manufacturer due to a recall and they still disregarded my evidence and rejected my appeal. They are as every other reviewers say, a bunch of scammers, who actually do not take the public view on board and only try to make the enforcement officer more money, especially transport for London. That’s there job and they are there to find a way to reject appeals not to help you & there is nothing you can do about it unless you go to high courts. Only advice I can give is that it might sway a little to public side if you actually have the hearing in person rather than over the phone because I’ve realised that on the phone these adjudicators will try to finish the call as soon as possible whilst they have already made the decision to reject it And then send an email 3am in the morning, explaining the most ridiculous reason why they rejected it, even though they have not considered any evidence. It’s a long shot but better than nothing . These adjudicates are very sly and nitty and actually do not care what you have to say .

I've received two PCNs for the ULEZ zone on the 11th December for not paying £12 and filed a "representation" online for both these PCN I was completely unaware of the ULEZ coming into force, living in Manchester and coming into London rarely - once a year at the most. infect I had not travelled to London since December 2018. firstly a little background information, I had travelled from Manchester to London with my family, to attend my uncles funeral unaware of the diesel zone, due to the stress and grief I was unaware of the rules due to infrequent travel to London. After they refuse my appeal I have decided to pay full discounted penalty charge which £160 (Each £60) I was sure that I had paid the full amount for both penalty charges and there is nothing outstanding but on again on 31/03/2022 I have receive one more charge certificate from ULEZ with increased to £240 because payment has not been made within the prescribed period and I have only paid fine for single fine. I have email and call several time London Tribunals but they not able to help because the time period finished. on 2nd July receive notes of enforcement form Marston Recovery that I own £324 I have call the enforcement office to discuses matter but he not able to help and I have decided to pay £30. during this period I ma already struggling with my finance situation and been going thru debt management plan to pay off my loans.then another shock the enforcement office banging the door today morning while i am in office my wife call me and she told someone outside say its Police! she open the door and enforcement guy and gentle man Roberts told to pay £529 or he will call police to undertake the goods I have try to call and discussed with him the situation but he was soo rude and bully and refuse to help to continue payment plan due to i have missed one payment.I have go back to citizen advise, council help even call Transport of London and Marston to help to understand my situation but they all advise to speak to Robert he able to set payment plane .i have call back to Robert but gain he not show me favour and bullying like I have done some criminal offence.then i have decided to call Police to understand what is my potions if they attack on my property to recover £60 fine while my small kids around while i been threaten by Robert to enter the home by force like we have done some serious criminal offence finally I have give up because no one show any help or advice and I have paid £640 fine for my London trip. I am currently very upset and feel depressed and got more financial burden.

My experience of the appeal hearing process at the London Tribunal was good. I arrived early, I was seen early - no waiting around and reception staff pleasant. The process was explained clearly to me and the adjunctor was fair and considered evidence from both parties. They used a common sense approach to the appeal and evidence. I found this refreshing, considering the rigidity of the London borough’s original PCN decision, which I felt was made unfairly. I felt heard and listened to at the appeal and would have accepted their decision either way, based on their common sense approach.

I had an appeal even though I read here that is futile as they seemed to be one and the same with the enforcement institutions. I can confirm that they are, they even use the same language. Both are "satisfied" with robbing people of money before they can even make representation. Copy - paste rejections and offensive response. A disgrace.
