I have struggled with really tense neck, upper back and shoulders from going through some stressful times as well as working in front of a computer. Jonathan managed to help me get through to some really tough knots in those areas. He did this thing that felt like instant relief in-between/under my shoulder blades, which felt magical. I also starting having both debilitating pain and muscle spasms in my lower back around the time of my period a few months ago and this month is the first time I have not had to take painkillers in order to function. I'm so happy. The experience itself was very relaxing, Jonathan has a really laid back and kind vibe. He also has strong hands and was able to apply just the right amount of pressure to properly deal with my knots but also allow me to feel incredibly safe in his hands at the same time. He definitely knows what he's doing and I absolutely recommend his treatment to anyone feeling tension I'm definitely going back.

The deep tissue sports massage I received from Jonathan was extremely effective. Yes, it was sometimes a bit painful, but that's to be expected with the type of massage I opted for. He has a thorough knowledge of the body and its physiology, and complete understanding of sports injuries. I've been recovering from a left shoulder rotator cuff injury and I was impressed by his handling of it after the recent long-term physio work I'd had done. Jonathan is a very professional and efficient sports masseur who I'd recommend to anyone who feels they'd benefit from a damn good massage..

Jonathan is definitely one of the top masseuses I’ve experienced in London and I’ve tried quite a few! I always get a deep tissue or sports massage and he does a good job of working into the problem areas and releasing tension. He is always on time, professional, and often will send me follow up stretches on YouTube specific to my problem areas. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone!
