Overall not a great experience with CityDoc. They’ve lost my vaccination records and despite me chasing for an explanation on the data breach they’re not getting back to me on email and on calling the surgery I was dealt with quite monotonously & unhelpfully. I can recommend Trailfinders travel clinic in South Kensington however. Friendly, efficient, they haven’t lost any of my data yet & all your records are sent to you via email

A booking fee of £15 and the nurse arrived 10 minutes late covered in sweat from the gym. I had booked an immunity test for myself and my son (putting his DOB on the website) only to find out there they don't do blood tests to children. Last but not least, I had to chase for my results. I must say the place looked shady from the moment we walked in. Do not recommend.

First, I want to first say that I read the reviews on Google and I went against my better judgment, the reviews of the people, and decided to use this service for my PCR Travel Certificate. Let me start by saying that this is the worst clinic I have EVER been in my life. I walked in because attempting to make an appointment, by phone, is literally impossible. You can not get through on the phone lines. I had a discussion about the kind of test that is needed to travel from London to Amsterdam. I agreed on the PCR test, which I was quoted at £69, and the results would take 12 hours. I tested on the 15th of March and I figured the result would be back before my flight, two days later. I checked my email, spam, etc., and nothing. I thought the results would arrive 12 hours later, like the clinic told me they would, because I can not check in for my flight without the results of the PCR Test. I had a midday flight, so I arrived at the airport without the PCR test. I figured it would arrive that morning, again nothing. I tried to call, but was met with the phone lines never being answered. (I found this a very common practice with this company) I ended up missing my flight, paying for another flight out of a different airport in London, paying for another test to fly to Amsterdam, and they charged me £80 instead of the original price quoted. To provide context of how unprofessional this clinic is, I am writing this review three, (3), days later and I have yet to receive my PCR test. I have informed my bank and they are in the process of disputing this transaction. Please, Do Not, use this clinic as a testing service. If you do, you will be sorry. Like I am.
