Stay away at all costs, I read the other reviews on google at first I was very hesitance to use this company however, thought I’d give them a chance thanks to one of their polite receptionist’s Jasmine. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I wish I listened to my gut feeling. They put me through unnecessary stress whilst handling my marriage paperwork. I gave them a deadline that they agreed to work to I also specifically requested my documents be sent via special delivery due to time constraints and my travel date which again they agreed to. They were late in fulfilling the deadline and did not send my documents as special delivery. This cost me over £600 to get they’re cow boy work done properly in a space of one day. Thanks a lot London translations!!! Oh yeah by they way they have no office in London they are based in Scotland and use the name to fool people like me and you. Very unprofessional in the way they deal with your work. Got told they couldn’t locate the the postal receipt, what a joke.
