Translation quality and accuracy were very poor. When I requested a correction because of a translation error (not my details) no one responded to my request. After several emails, I was asked to pay £30 again to send my corrected document whereas it was their error. I definitely don't recommend it.

Unfortunately it’s a critical experience dealing with this office. Have paid £450 on July. The drafts were googled translated, I’ve asked for professional work if it’s possible. Since then have not got the documents or the money back. There is no reply to the emails or answering the phone calls. Trying to act through a law firm, which costs time, energy and money…

Just had the most terrible experience with this company. They have a very unprofessional team with the most basic knowledge. They aren’t even capable of translating a basic document. I was shocked to read the draft translation they sent me and ended up translating the whole thing myself and send it to them for approval. They totally lied about the delivery time frame. They are extremely rude and didn’t even apologise for their poor service and hang up the phone on me. I advise everyone to avoid this company and not waste their money.
