Very pleased with our garden room. The team made the process easy throughout, from the initial quote, the clarity of the plans, the site visit and then the various stages of construction. Any questions or changes I made at various stages were dealt with quickly, and the costing and payment process was clearly itemised throughout. Really pleased with the quality of the workmanship, the room gets warm and holds its warmth even in cold weather.

We had our garden room built in August and we're really pleased with it. All the team at LTB were really helpful throughout the whole journey. The design process was straightforward and we were able to fully customise the plan to meet our requirements. We had to wait approx 4 months before the build could start, but this was due to demand and was made clear to us from the beginning. The construction team were also great and very friendly. They were always punctual and cleared up at the end of every day. The build took 7 or 8 days in total and the quality is excellent. Overall we have no complaints and would definitely recommend LTB.

From our first visit to London Timber Buildings display village in Uxbridge to the day of the cabin delivery was such a pleasure, every time I contacted the office with a query there was an immediate response back and me being so undecisive there was a lot of this so thank you. We finally went for the traditional Greenwich Log cabin and are so pleased with the outcome, the wood for the cabin itself was top quality and the double-glazed doors and windows matched the same standard. I finally have the family games room that I have dreamt about for years so thanks again to LTB for this, you have made our family very happy!!
