Only join this agency if you enjoy your time being wasted. I would summarise the experience as completely pointless. I was asked to register with this agency and the recruitment consultant, Taylor, assured me that they had jobs available in my area. To complete my registration I had to do some training which I HAD TO PAY FOR. If that wasn't bad enough the Compliance Officer that they have called Ryan took ages to get back to me and I ended up having to chase my references because I assume he couldn't be asked to send a follow up email. It took over a month for the registration and compliance process to be completed. I've signed up with other agencies and they can manage to get you registered in less than a week! And then FINALLY when I'm registered I asked Taylor if she can now get me booked on to a job. She gave me a certain date that I would start working and for whatever reason this date kept getting pushed back. After a few weeks of asking for updates she has now ghosted me so that’s nice of her. Overall a lazy, unprofessional and uncaring experience from a company that supposedly specialises in care. Take my advice and avoid like the plague!

Scott Simmons , goes the extra mile in getting back to agency staff and has been quick to do references and getting placements. The agency is not perfect however as i was assigned by colleges to SEN primary sections of some schools and colleges despite being clear with agents (including James) that i did not want to work in this sector which is one reason i sadly cannot give a 5 star. Otherwise they are an agency that does learn from their errors and tries to look after the employees in their care.

TLTP has helped me achieved my exceptional expectations in trainings and prompt services. As for the amazing staff it has been a team play, with friendly approach. To my consultants Yemi and Lisa they have been so wonderful and patient, meeting up to my timesheet, good approach and communication. Even in my low moments, they always give a listening ear and always ready to help. I am thankful to have such inspiring people with free spirits regardless of the societal norms and values. I will always remain in TLTP as long as they remain in service. I wish the company excellent growth to attain greater heights.
