Where to start this place is a joke sometimes, I called in morning which waiting time was nearly an hour for an appointment for my daughter. They tell me 3,30 and when I get here they say it was 3,20. The receptionist said don't know if the doctor will see you but we waiting. It's already been more than an hour and still waiting. If anyone wants gp please find a different one because this place doesn't seem to care about you much.

Referred here for urgent physio post c section. Waited 8 weeks only for the appointment to be cancelled by text. On phoning up, was met with an uncaring, dismissive voice and was told their only physio was off sick, and their next appointment was in June and they don't do urgent appointments (so why was I even referred there??)

I did 3 clear blue pregnancy tests one Saturday morning one sunday lunch time one monday morning all three said I was pregnant I went to surgery this morning his test said no I was not so I came home brought another clear blue digital test it also said no but the doctor has no answers

I joined this Gp practice 5 1/2months ago. I have not been able to see a doctor or a nurse, get a repeat prescription or bloods nothing. 5 whole months. Everytime I ring up the earliest appointment is 3 weeks away. Even when I ring at 0800 I’m told they only have 3 lots and told to ring again the next day at 0800. Which I have continuously done week after week. I only rated it 1 star because there’s no option for 0 star.

Staff on phone polite and find me appointments, Nurses always lovely and caring, Dr's listen and organise prescriptions/hospital tests as needed. Phsio also very helpful and gives good advice.

Reception staff, there is only one very caring receptionist. Theres another who needs to be educated on how to speak to people, so so rude, not all patients are polite in this situation. It's a shame having such idiots as the first point of contact as the new doctors are so caring. Hopefully dont get to speak to her again as she seems like she needs the help more then the patients lol
