Avoid this store if you can. Even though I was the only customer in the store, it was too much trouble for the person to show any products/ take my order. Shame as the products are nice but at a higher price point I would expect a little bit of service. I notice as I leave that a guy walks and it’s all ‘hi mate, how can I help you’… hmm

I would not recommend the trip. There was only one sales person working there who completely ignored us. She was with a customer but could have easily acknowledged us especially when we sat in the waiting area. There was no information at all in the outside display area so we had no idea what we were looking at if we wanted to order anything.

Really great experience with London Stone. Jasmine Dogertz was very helpful in the showroom and buying on their website was super easy. Delivery and flexibility were excellent. The prices are good, too. It was difficult to find Kandla Grey without purchasing a whole pack, but they sell them by unit, which was great.

What has happened to London Stone? Original Bounds Green staff disinterested and dont acknowledge customers coming into the showroom. More interested in complaining about faulty bug boxes that they have been sent. I've just called and got through to the Essex branch (wanted the Bounds Green branch) and the person on the end of the phone was condescending and couldnt give me prices by feet. Please dont assume the public can navigate your beautiful brochure and know that stones placed on different pages are the same as others but produced differently. Not impressive or leaving me feeling I want to buy from you

Fantastic service and product form London Stone. They supplied buff york stone slabs for my front door steps. Jake Walley in sales was a pleasure to deal with - patient, helpful, polite and extremely well-informed. After providing measurements and photos, he meticulously designed the slab/riser configuration so that the steps were functional, pleasing to the eye, and cost-effective. Their quote was very competitive compared to other suppliers,, even more so given the quality of their stone and detailed drawings they provided. My builders managed to chip one of the bull noses during the instal but Jake and LS were proactive in helping us to address this. Andy from LS conducted a very good and skilled repair. I would not hesitate to use London Stone again for their high quality stone, attention to detail and exemplary customer service.
