I think the Quality of Service has gone down since Sophie the showroom manager has been on maternity leave, I can’t seem to get replies from the showroom and they keep saying I’ve tried to call me and haven’t got through but my phone is constantly on I’ve never had a problem When Sophie was working at the Brentwood showroom.
