1 star for the property manager whom I've never met until the day she threatened to take my dog's license away. The development was sold as a pet friendly one but she told me dogs are not allowed on the grounds within the development as the maintenance people are tired of cleaning up after the dogs. The residents paid for the cleaning right? Plus why not just tell people to pick up after their dogs (which I completely agree with) instead of banning dogs altogether? My dog also doesn't have a license so good luck.
