Despite paying in advance they forgot to write the report for which we had paid, when they issued it several weeks late it was ridden with errors and didn't actually include any clinical opinion at all. In one remotely-held session the clinician clearly had another family member in the room chatting and working away. We explained this to the business and said we wouldn't pay for the last session and indeed that they were lucky to get any payment at all. Several months later they started threatening us with debt collections for not paying. A real sham of a service.

A big thank you to Chris for all of his help and support at a time when we most needed it. Taking a child with Autism into a new environment with a complete stranger is never an easy task, but Chris made both myself and my son feel completely at ease. He has a great wealth of knowledge and understanding of Children on the autistic spectrum, as well as the very rare ability to connect with, and enter the world of a severely autistic/non-verbal child, something that no other professional on our journey so far has managed to do. Chris' enthusiam and belief in his varied approaches gave me the confidence to learn, and in the case of our little one we saw results (with pecs) immediately within one session. I'm beyond grateful to Chris for helping us to realise Ronnie's potential and guiding us 100% of the way. Thank you ☺️

We used Emily at London Speech Therapy weekly for over a year. I found the entire experience excellent. After our initial assessment, LST helped devise a plan to work with our daughter through her delay. Emily was empathetic and incredibly knowledgeable, and also gave my husband and I the resources and tools to help our daughter outside of the therapy lessons. Everyone at LST was helpful during the entire process- I would highly recommend. (As an aside we have used other speech therapists in the past and found this experience superior.)
