I contacted a few other companies about soundproofing, but they were all very slow to respond. London Soundproofing Pro were quick to answer all of my questions, and even visited my house beforehand so that we could talk about some potential issues before the job. On the day, Radek and his team were able to put up the new wall in half a day and were very clean and professional throughout. They fully protected the floors, which other contractors often forget to do. They even recommended a plasterer in my area who could finish the job (and he was also great to work with). Radek, Gosia and team were fantastic. Recently installed independent ceiling in my apartment due to noisy neighbours living above (mostly music, muffled speaking and child running around) It’s made life so much easier and only hear the child running at peak times but mostly reduced. Never promised 100% but around 80% reduced in noise, life is so much more peaceful especially as I suffer from anxiety so it’s really helped. Gosia communication was perfect and Radek and team were very helpful, clean and completed the work on time. Decorator Lee they recommended also came last minute notice and plastered within a day at a fair price. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you!
