Thinking found the socks for me, bought 3 pairs from site and a other 2 pairs from a other site,did not last a few weeks before small holes apaired in the heel contacted company no answer back don't be fooled by the advertising thinking they are the best socks in the world,I ended up using them as dusters and to clean my shoes very dear dusters

Absolutely to avoid!! Do not buy from this place you will be disappointed. I have payed express shipping, since almost 3 weeks nothing has arrived. I tried calling (which takes extra costs), writing emails, writing on facebook and instagram without any success they don’t reply anywhere. This company is a scam. If you want to do yourself a favor don’t waste your money on their expensive products. It’s not worth your money, time and nerves.

Purchased many pairs of these socks ! The socks are pretty good but the only thing I’d change or at least say negatively is that the elastic around the top of the sock just basically needs more of it! Reasonable quality and lovely designs but there is nothing worse than sock that fall down all day and I’m not the smallest of guys! Nearly 15 stone ! So they really should hold up, other than that it would be lovely to see These manufactured in the U.K. , especially given the name but unfortunately ( if nothing has changed ) they are manufactured in Portugal, other than those minor gripes they are nice items and they make nice gifts!

Absolutely appalling service or lack of it. Our order was placed more than 2 weeks ago, money taken from our accounts and the products were never dispatched. Tried ringing the company at least a dozen times, all we get is this recorded message saying nobody is available, sent 4 emails in the last week nobody ever responded. We are now out of pocket and without the socks we needed for our wedding. Absolutely shocking. Zero customer support! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! EDIT: Situation was admirably solved by Carlotta! Such a credit to the company. She not only made sure our lost pair of socks was received before our wedding but also gave us an extra pair just in case the other pair wasn't right or arriving in time. Such an admirable display of customer care from Carlotta., a huge credit to the company. Thank you Carlotta, you have saved the day and restored our hope in the London Sock company. Thank you.

Was having a nightmare trying to get my order delivered. They use Yodel who will only deliver Mon-Fri and not at Weekends. Yodel say that London Sock Company insist on photographic evidence of delivery and will not "leave in a safe place". THIS IS NOT TRUE ! Yodel are making their own rules up ! After contacting the CEO of London Sock Co the problem was resolved quickly and they are going to stop using Yodel . Result !!

Socks ordered with 2 - 4 working day delivery. A week later still not arrived. Chased and instead of explaining with actual words what was happening, just sent two new confusing new invoices. Very poor for an internet based company who should be so much better digitally. Expected better customer service - human touch perhaps? Sorry but won’t be using again and don’t recommend. Shame as product has been historically good. Update: LSC decided initial pair had been lost by courier so sent socks again on Express Delivery quoted as two day delivery. Courier has just informed that these are now “delayed” with delivery date unknown. If I’m lucky May get socks two weeks after ordering. Seems strange that an internet based company is using such a low reliability delivery service especially when there are good providers out there. All very odd. How to destroy customer goodwill !
