    I had a very bad experience with them. I waited for very long time but all the other tour group buses were coming except city sightseeing bus. City sightseeing guy at the bus stop said that the bus is coming in 15 minutes but after 30 to 40 minutes wait there was no bus. The guy then said we should go to another stop which took 1/2 an hour to go there by walk. After waiting more 15 minutes a green shuttle service bus came and we started our tour. Bus drivers were not at all courteous. Not recommended

    The bus red route didn’t come at Piccadilly Circus, where it was supposed to, had to walk to aldwych. Had to ride on green shuttle as there was no option. The driver was driving really bad, Was very rude. I wanted to stop at London eye, had to tie my open shoes lace but he started driving. Even after requesting several times he didn’t stop. A real bad experience

    Yesterday was the worst day of my Visit to London because I opted for London Sightseeing Bus Service. We waited for almost one hour near Piccadilly Circus Stop for bus to come and their staff told us that there is a lot of rush but we have seen 4 times Toot Bus and 3 times Big Bus, Only London Sightseeing were not coming. Then we have to walk for almost 30 minutes towards Aldwych. Again the Bus drivers were very rude and they have no courtesy for the passengers. I will never recommend London Sightseeing Tour to anyone.
