This morning, I attended a ZOOM class entitled, "Why Trust & Build Rapport Matters" hosted by Vinit Shah, Founder & Sales Coach of London School of Sales and Dr. Rich Atkins, of Improving Communications. It was incredibly engaging, informative, and meaningful. I left the ZOOM class with many practical and useful tips.
