Dom and Val are great and run a very organised school. They have always been flexible at rescheduling lessons and the kits are an amazing standard. Our teenage son has been having lessons with Ben for a year. He had reached grade 5 already but Ben elevated his skill and confidence to performance level such that he has started his own band with school friends and has played 3 gigs.

I loooooove this school. My son decided he wanted to start drumming, so I googled to see what was available in my area, and this school popped up. It was perfectly close to where I lived, so I made contact. From the very beginning I received a warm welcome and all was explain, prices, classes and so on... I opted for solo lessons rather than a group session of four. My son started drumming age seven and is now 12, showing no signs of slowing up. The teachers are fun and professional, during covid, they moved the lesson session online, though challenging, it was a good move - now they can also tutor people from all over the world, from their studio. I highly recommend this school, Dom is a wonderful guy, very hands on and always wants and brings out the best in his students. The staff have a very low turn over which is very good when it comes to preparing students for their exams. They have a very good standard when it comes to their exams, I pray they keep up the good work and continue to impact the lives of the next generation of musician

I can honestly say joining ‘The School Of Rhythm’ has been a game changer for our son Charlie and his drumming journey so far. The improvement and confidence he has gained in such a short space of time is astounding. The teachers are fantastic; they make the lessons super fun, but without losing sight of the importance of ‘practice makes perfect’ and attention to detail. Every session is carefully crafted to ensure Charlie is moving forward with his drumming. I cannot recommend ‘The School Of Rhythm’ enough ;)

My 10 year old son started drumming lessons here last year in September and has not looked back. His teacher Alex is absolutely brilliant. Enthusiastic, encouraging and engaging. The lessons are an hour and they get through so much enabling my son to progress quickly and feel a great sense of achievement. He can’t believe how quickly the lessons go even on zoom. We have continued with zoom lessons throughout lockdown which have proved to be just as successful as face to face. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough! Thanks all and keep drumming!!
