Nathan, the Manager here, was outstanding. I had an Amazon parcel return with a QR code for a different branch. He very patiently helped me to reset the return so it could be accepted at this branch. Whilst in the queue witnessed great service for customers of all ages with a wide range needs. This is why PO counters are such a vital public service.

I politely asked the lady in this post office if there was anywhere in the city that had a collection later than 5. She told me that they collect later at the shirley sorting office. So I thanked her and drove there. On arrival I was told that not only was that completely false information, but that they couldn’t even process my letter at any time, as they are a sorting office not a post office. How very annoying. Now I have to try and post it tomorrow. Not the end of the world but the false information is so frustrating!!
