Upon my first visit it did seem rushed a case of in and out but after a later discussion this was attributed to the dentist being very focused on my teeth and the job in hand and the x-rays I had done were uncomfortable due to the apparatus. My 2nd visit was more pleasant I had two fillings done and a ref to 17 dental where I had several extractions performed. They were very good, as I was advised by London road surgery. Upon an unfavorable review a telephone call from the practice the following morning, and a later discussion about anxiety mental health also having a chance to engage with my dentist in a good conversation at London road surgery I felt more supported and have had a few more fillings plus a clean (3rd visit). The entire experience was more positive upon my last visit which would be my 3rd if I have any more issues I will or would be happy to go back. It was really nice to have a smile and good communication also to have that moment to think about the options presented to me. Im really happy with the fillings and having help with my dental problems.

HOPE NEVER HAVE SUCH EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS! Absolutely NOT RACOMMENDED this dental practice! I state that I have had the opportunity to visit abroad and have been able to visit various excellent dentists who have said that it would take more than a month for a tooth to be revitalized. The tooth canal treatment what i should have done would have required 2 appointments a week with the understanding that he might have complications. Mrs Kumar after agreeing on a price, he "operated" on the tooth at an established appointment. After just one session she reassured me that the operation went well and therefore she closed the tooth again. To my surprise the agreed price absurdly increased without my knowledge of the situation. had we therefore made arrangements for a crown earlier and in the final? the price has gone up there too. By now the work had been done and when I asked for payment by installments, with enormous rudeness she totally refused to help me in that case. Subsequently, since I had experience with dentists, I believed it was impossible to restore a tooth that was in pitiful condition in one sitting. So I contacted a very good dentist in Surrey who kindly checked the tooth. AND GUESS WHAT?!?!? He didn't add any words but simply reopened the tooth to continue the cleaning treatment!!!! I concluded the treatment + crown with the dentist I found, but never again will I find myself using a POOR, pitiful AND NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL service from mrs. Kumar who turned out to be more interested in money than service!!! After this very bad experience, I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND this dentist! If I could have chosen I would have set 0 stars as reviews.

After my dentist of 32+ years retired, it was with fear and trepidation going to see a new dentist. I accompanied my son for his first visit and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. Dr Kumar, who came recommended to me, took the time to meet me after the check up and appeared very friendly and professional. I'm feeling less apprehensive now when I visit for my own check up! Tucked away in Guildford, this NHS dentist is much needed in the area. Thank you!
