It took us months given my tricky situation & London’s market right now. But I’m writing this from my dream flat that’s totally in my budget, and I marvel every day that I’m so fortunate to be here.   I was about to pay for temporary housing and look for an apartment myself, but I stumbled upon London Relocation and decided to go with them instead. Absolutely no regrets, 100% worth it. The service saved me the absurd costs of temporary housing in London and brought me some extra piece of mind and expertise about the London rental market. Sascha, Corrina and the team are fantastic. I couldn’t have found such a great apartment without them, and their handling of paperwork and discussions with agents/landlord made my move incredibly smooth.

  I found a great amount of value in working with London Relocation. I had a quick move to the UK and a tight window in which I needed to find an apartment. With the London Relocation team, I had an offer and lease in 2 weeks located in my desired neighborhood in an apartment that met my needs - including accommodating pets - in a very demanding market. The team, especially Corrina, was responsive and held my hand every step of the process. She also helped me seamlessly navigate the large number of processes required to rent as an expat and get settled with utilities, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or work again with the London Relocation team.

  Choosing LR was a lifesaver for us moving from Singapore to London! We were very busy dealing with formalities in bringing our dog over and so could have never done this ourselves. Sascha and AJ were both truly amazing in helping us arrange everything, especially seeing as we had a very specific constraint with having a dog, but at the end it was all settled super quick! We are very excited to move into our new place. Our viewing day unfortunately coincided with Strike actions and we ended up having to spend quite some time in the car moving from house to house, but the driver was lovely and made a really great team with AJ. Highly recommend their services, you won't regret it!

  We moved from Singapore to the UK with our pet dog and engaged London Relocation to help us with the move. We found the whole process to be highly professional and seamless. Sascha talked us through our needs and wants, advised on appropriate areas and budgets, and managed our expectations about the referencing process. We never felt rushed. Sascha always communicated promptly, warmly, and generously. When the day came, we were picked up and sent from apartment to apartment. I believe that we saw 7-8 properties on the same day. We offered on our favourites and settled on a beautiful apartment in Battersea. London Relocation worked very hard to secure us our place amidst an extremely competitive rental market by placing an immediate offer, negotiating with the lettings agent, and determinedly following up until the deal was signed. From start to end we secured our home in 48 hours. London Relo charges the equivalent of one month's rent or a minimum of 2,500 GBP; for my partner and I, this isn't cheap, but when we look back and think about how little we had to worry about getting a flat in London and how quickly we got it, and how much guidance we were given in terms of location, tenancy agreements, and tenancy laws, we agree that it was worth it! If you're already moving overseas as a household with a pet with little support, it's a stressful experience, and to be able to place ourselves in the safe hands of Sascha, Corrina and the rest of the team was a relief.   Sascha and her team were great at finding the perfect apartment I was looking for, in a central location. They were fast in response and managed to secure a bunch of viewings. They assisted with a background check and other paperwork; definitely worth using the service, especially if you want to avoid all the stress of finding a suitable apartment in London.

  We had an outstanding experience with LR, right from our first informational call with Stephie to our needs assessment with Sascha, to the settling in formalities facilitated by Corrina. We would have been lost without the rigorous and professional search process they put together for pet friendly housing in our desired locations in London, helping us negotiate rent and figure out letters of reference, bank payments, and transfer of utilities. We chose the virtual viewing option, which exceeded our expectations mainly because the LR team were so prompt and responsive, replying to every single email within a couple of hours at most. If you are willing to do your part by responding in a timely manner and completing formalities within the timeframes stipulated by landlords/letting agents, LR will take care of every other detail and ensure an extremely smooth move and settling in process.

  It is with great pleasure that I write this review, I cannot say how incredible of an experience that I had with London Relocation. My roomates and I spent weeks trying to find an apartment in London, and after several iterations of failure, we decided to engage London Relocation to help us, it was taking us a considerable amount of time on our own. From the very beginning I was impressed by the communication from them, the timeleness of the repsonses, the professionalism, the 'weeding' out of the bad apples (which there are many), the courtesy on the showing day, and to make matters even better, the professional courtesy and trust they put into us concerning commercial terms. We got a great place, excellent and helpful tenant agency, and alot of the odds and ends explained to us which would again have caused us a great deal of time. If there was a sixth star, I would select it. For anyone reading this, do not hesitate for a minute to engage their services, it is the best service I have had in London for as long as I can remember.
