I want to know why my nationality ID card is not acceptable in William hill in London road westcliff!! They want my passport because they said that my nationality ID card is not acceptable because she can’t read it !!! But my passport is in thai and English the same as my nationality ID card !!!! So The laws now days, I needed to carry my passport around and I live and work in the uk, pay taxes like all of us!!!! Who would carry their passport around when they have the right to leave to remain in the uk ??? I would like to ask ???? I don’t drive so I don’t have driving license!!!!! So now I need to carry my passport around UK or only Essex ??? Because I live and work in London and in London I go to William hill or any betting shop or casino they just look at my Thai nationality card and my bank card and they match and I don’t have any problems!!! Only Essex when I come and I have problems with betting. I want a good answer for this!!! Because then I can tell Thai embassy to stop making us use Thai Nationality card when you go against your own policy and refuse it..!!!
