I first met Blake 8 years ago when I was at a roadblock with my recovery from a nervous breakdown due to acute ocd and social anxiety. I had seen another cbt therapist but needed specialist treatment to overcome the final hurdles - which is where Blake stepped in. I can’t overstate how much the tools he gave me helped me get back to living a full life. Although I finished seeing Blake regularly pre pandemic he is always available for top up appointments when I need a refresher, whether that’s a year or more from when we last spoke. I think rapport with your therapist is key, and Blake is very approachable - which helps enormously. If you’re looking for help, Blake and his team should be your first call.

I’d had a long-standing anxiety problem and I was very apprehensive about beginning therapy. I needn’t have worried as Blake helped me to feel at ease from my very first online session. I was also concerned whether online sessions would work as well as face to face sessions. But they worked really well. The work I did with Blake was incredibly helpful and useful. My anxiety has reduced considerably. I’m so pleased that I decided to go for it.

I saw Blake for about 15 sessions re CBT. I found him helpful and professional. It was very clear to me that he has very good knowledge and a lot of experience. He is approachable, good at answering e-mails and very much wants to do his best for his clients. In other words I thought he was very good.

Hard to quantify just how much London Psychologists helped me. Very thorough, respectful and personable. At a time when I felt in despair Blake really helped me through, he definitely has more experience than most and I can’t thank him and his practise enough.
