    I have used LPS through my property manager and have been grossly overcharged. £195+VAT just to come and make a quote (!). Come back 2 weeks later to do the works. My property manager is equally responsible for letting this happen. A total of £1000+ to fix my toilets over 4/5 visits and over 4 months. Completely ridiculous but had no choice as I am overseas.

    I telephoned this evening (spoke with a lovely receptionist) explained about a leak that was about to collapse my ceiling. Andy was here within an hour, managed to drain the ceiling, isolate the leak and fixed it so we can shower tomorrow. Charming and helpful gentleman, obliging and reassuring.     Very bad experience. Asked them to install a shower holder and advised them not to use a certain type because they keep breaking but they installed that type, 6 months later the holder broke and now they don't want to refund the money (and they are not cheap) and they want to charge me to install a new one. AVOID

    I tried to get a quote done for a client of mine. I booked the appointment on the Monday & by Friday we still had no rough figures to work with. I then tired to stress that my client had to make a decision on the Saturday which they didn't take any notice of and then replied saying that they should have a quote ready for Monday. I felt this was unacceptable as I also lost the business. I then sent an email to cancel the quote and to stress my disappointment which I then didn't even get a response.
