Poor customer service. We arrived 1 hour early to avoid making the mistake of bad lighting setup and video quality from our previous shoot at London Podcast studio. The owner was dismissive towards my concerns and said he could try clean the camera lenses this time. When I explained that we're paying for 4K footage and the video quality was not reflecting he threatened to cancel the booking and said he had a plumbing issue to attend to instead. Since this was nearly 30mins before the actual start of our podcast reserved and paid for and the fact we had our first guest meeting us at the studio, we refused to leave and so he called the police and cancelled our booking on the spot. We luckily found another studio nearby and was able to create a brilliant episode but we will never support this establishment again.

during my session the camera stopped recording. I had to leave the room to call for assistance very inconvenient especially right in the middle of a discussion. I received no apology, the staff was very unbothered.

I use this studio weekly and cannot recommend this studio enough. Staff are very friendly and professional, and willing to arrange the studio to meet your style or need. There are a range of setups you can choose from that suit your style e.g furniture, lighting and background. You can also bring your own signage or fixture for your background. The turn around time for footage and sound is very quick and often delivered before the set turn around time.

Top tier studio! Ive been podcasting for over 5 years now and without a shadow of a doubt this is probably the best studio I've used. From the equipment, to room, to the location and even the staff. Would definitely recommend using. 5minute walk from hackney downs makes it very convenient to get to. love the place!
