Roy has tuned and restored 2 of my pianos over the course of several years. He recently came and tuned my piano that had been badly tuned (by someone else) and it is now once again a joy to play. He is extremely knowledgeable and previously oversaw the restoration of my last piano, quadrupling its value. He is a lovely guy and as an added bonus is that he plays the piano beautifully to test it when it is tuned. I can't recommend his services enough.

Didn't finish the job, promised to return but never did. And this might be a personal preference thing, but I didn't like that he used an iPhone app to tune, have much more respect for the tuners who tune by ear only.
