Got told with just over a weeks notice that our boat party was cancelled, we had planned a hen do for 11 people and now need to find something else while waiting up to 6 days for our refund!!!! Can’t book anything else until we’ve got the money back and these guys have essentially ruined a day of our hen weekend, thanks for nothing 😊 You shouldn’t take the full booking payment if there’s a chance it should be cancelled, a deposit would be better, as you’re clearly messing people about.

I had a great experience with London Party Boats for my 27th Birthday Party. The staff were very helpful with organising everything prior to the event with quick email replies and useful information. On the day, there was a hiccup with the boat but it was managed so well by the team on board and everyone had a wonderful time once everything was running smoothly. I would definitely recommend using this company as their customer service is incredible and the boat cruise was very fun.

A group of 4 for NYEs 2022. We had a fantastic time. All the crew, staff and security were amazing. We were well looked after all night, the food provided was really good. We had a spectacular view of the fireworks. Highly recommended!!

Grotty boat, plastic cups, no ice or garnish for drinks, absolutely disgusting food, fight broke out which meant the boat made a unplanned stop to throw people off which was great because we managed to escape! The only positive is the staff and security were really friendly and night-time views of London were great.
