Consignment number was Order #: 100239588 via Luxury Flooring. Feel free to ask the driver what he did with the £40 worth of floor profiles that were never delivered to me, when he rudely drove off after throwing my floorboards to the ground. Horribly rude driver, who at first didn't want to deliver goods on agreed date, requesting at the last minute to postpone to another day, claiming my road was too narrow for pallet van (my road isn't narrow and access for his van was not an issue). I insisted he deliver on the agreed day, and then when he arrived, he threw the items to the ground and was aggressive, clearly annoyed that I had rejected his request to postpone till 3 days later. When my builder asked him to not throw the goods (which were floorboards, ordered from Luxury Flooring) he told my builder to get lost. In the end, he drove off without delivering all goods, so basically drove off with some of our material which I had paid for and now lost. Absolute horror show of a delivery firm, with disgustingly rude drivers.
