Website said they were open good Friday but wasn't when I telephoned (to request an initial appointment and consultation). When first submitted an online enquiry form I received a generic email which didn't answer my one question, I replied, 'Sorry 'I'm confused why you have sent me a generic email and not answered my question'? Admin staff not very professional or friendly via email. No confirmation email or text after appointment booked. Had to pay full price before even appointment. I can understand paying a deposit but not the full price beforehand. No mention of I had to go to 25 Harley Street not 9 Harley Street. The receptionist at no. 9 was not friendly or welcoming (I was shocked as I've been a receptionist for many years and would never behave that way). When I went to no. 25 they had no record of my appointment. Had to complete a paper registration form even though completed online (which took hours to complete, far too long!) The day after appointment I receive an email requesting a review (but no email confirming appointment which I found odd). When I received a letter via email from the doctor I saw I was only cc'd in as it was to my GP surgery. Surely being the patient I should have received my own letter. I wasn't happy as with the content of letter after appointment as I wasn't listened to. Attached was my original online forms to them, I wasn't made aware my GP surgery would be receiving these as I thought it was confidential. Also attached was a Samsung Health app to download, I don't know what that about as not explained so I didn't download. In view of all the above I decided to go elsewhere...

London Pain Clinic is a complete revelation. I had an encouraging first meeting with Dr Chris Jenner, who was optimistic and upbeat. Subsequently I had a series of injections into my back in the Weymouth Street Hospital. Within 24 hours, the pain in my back had lessened by approx. 80%, and I found that I could stand upright again. Dr Jenner has changed my life for me, and I can't say how grateful I am. At the beginning of March, I went into Weymouth Street Hospital again when Dr Jenner did more injections and also denervation. The following day, I woke up without pain. It was wonderful and I feel so much better. I am full of praise for what Dr Jenner does.

I have been under the care of Dr. Singh at The London Pain Clinic since July 2022. I have a chronic Fibromyalgia and Dr. Singh quickly and correctly finally diagnosed my condition and continues to supervise my treatment and overall long term recovery plan. Dr.Singh understands the complexities and range of interactive factors that can impact the condition and that how it manifests varies patient to patient. Dr.Singh carefully assessed how it manifests with me and took the time to establish where I am on the spectrum and created a bespoke treatment plan accordingly whilst simultaneously open to examine and keep informed as to any new research and options as they become available. He is has a unique understanding of the condition and its complexities and a natural empathy and ability to intentionally listen, consider, adjust and consistently pivot where needed in order to stay ahead of executing the most effective treatment plan possible. Dr.Singh and his team have efficiently co-ordinated and directly engaged with all my other separate medical specialists and GP to ensure that there is at all times a patient centric, uniform and shared approach. The medical support team are patient, quick to respond, extremely effecient, sensitive and forward thinking in supporting me as the patient with my specific limitations in mind. I am physically disabled and Dr.Singh's medical team have at all times adjusted their interactions and processes with me accordingly in order to facilitate my limited ability. Dr.Singh and his team run the best focused patient centric approach to supporting me with my overall long term complicated route to recovery. This is honestly the first time in 3 years of struggling that I can say hand on heart I feel confident that there is a way through this and I am extremely grateful I found Dr.Singh and The London Pain Clinic. thank you

Dr Jenner is ahead of the game when it comes to treating Fibromyalgia in the UK. Not only has he started me on and monitored highly effective pain medication, but also made referrals to experts in other related fields to help me manage my symptoms. I have had a checkup with a rheumatologist and continue to have sessions with a physiotherapist. All have believed in my diagnosis and always treated me with dignity and respect. If you're reading this and have Fibromyalgia (or suspect you do) and are struggling to find help on traditional paths it's worth even one session with Dr Jenner. He has completely changed my life for the better, and I cannot recommend him more highly.

Visiting Dr Jenner has honestly changed my life. For four years, doctors failed to listen to my insistence that my head pain had nothing to do with migraines and was instead a condition called occipital neuralgia. I can't explain how awful the pain was, but it impacted my quality of life to the point where I could do nothing but sleep most of the day away. Neurologists put me on random migraine medicines that did absolutely nothing except make me feel terrible. Beyond that, most of them did not even know what occipital neuralgia was! Dr Jenner is very different. He is so kind and thoughtful. He listened to me and within minutes I was diagnosed. We agreed on a plan to treat my neuropathic pain and I have not had an episode of unbearable pain since I met him. Like other reviewers, my pain has reduced by roughly 50-60% based on medication alone. We've recently worked out a plan to potentially get this to 80-90%, which, under his expert care, I'm sure will happen. I've also been referred to the best physio that I have ever worked with, all thanks to Dr Jenner. He's not just a doctor, but a humanitarian. He is so incredibly cheerful and may be the only doctor I have ever met that displays something I think is very important: curiosity. He listens, he cares, and he's a shining example of what a doctor should be. Thank you so, so much.

I visited Dr Jenner in 2021 after a recommendation from a friend who was also struggling with neuropathic pain after an injury. I have seen Dr Jenner on several occasions since and can say that he is the best professional I have dealt with for the understanding of my situation and management of my pain. Dr Jenner conducted a thorough and detailed examination of my case, was empathetic, reassuring and provided me with a diagnosis and a very comprehensive treatment plan. His report was thorough and he was keen to know how I got on with the treatment. After 2 years, my pain has reduced (he had managed my expectations and advised me it would not necessarily go away completely) and I have witnessed an improvement on my quality of life. He has been keen to integrate all aspects of my care with other treating consultants and form a highly effective multi-disciplinary team. Thank you, Dr Jenner. I highly recommend Dr Jenner and his team and am very thankful for their helpful and friendly approach.

I had an amazing experience at the London Pain clinc, I saw Dr Attam Singh who is truly the most wonderful doctor that I have ever met. It’s very scary when you have complex pain seeing a new consultant however Dr Singh was amazing, I could tell that he truly listened to what I said and he was amazing at explaining everything. I came away feeling confident about being under his care and having lots of plans going forward. Dr Singh has single handedly restored my faith in doctors and I look forward to working with him going forward with a new found hope. I would recommend seeing him to anyone who is suffering because there is help out there and I believe Dr Attam Singh would do all that he could to help you get your life back. The hospital and staff were also very nice and caring overall a great experience.

I made an appointment to see Dr Jenner in late September as I was suffering with the most horrendous neuropathic pain following a Covid infection in March and I can honestly say it was the best thing I could ever have done. Dr Jenner was absolutely nothing what I expected (thank goodness). He is the most amazingly positive cheerful man who convinces you he will find a plan to reduce your pain to a minimum if not eliminate it completely. Within eight weeks of a detailed treatment plan and support by Jenner my pain has reduced by 50%. When I have needed to contact him between consultations the London Pain Clinic secretaries have been wonderful. Emails to them are answered within no time at all and make you feel as nothing is to much trouble. I can't thank them or Dr Jenner enough for giving me back my life (seriously) as I have never felt so much debilitating pain. It is also brilliant that I don't have to keep travelling to London to see Dr Jenner as they offer telephone and zoom appointments too.
