Alex was my go-to person with any injuries that I’ve had. He’s helped me out massively over the last couple of years, from shin pain, knee and to lower back pain. He’s quick to fit you in, even at last minute. Explains everything so well and breaks down and simplifies the issue. Sends on the exercises discussed too, if you’re the forgetful type like myself. Overall, genuine nice guy who knows his stuff.
