In order to increase water pressure to our property we had the Thames water lead pipes replaced with plastic pipes. London orbital did all the work on our side of the property. Thames water did not give a specific time and date for doing their part of the work once the preparatory works had been completed by London Orbital. So, Thames water turned up did their bit and left us without water. A phone call to London Orbital and they came as a matter of urgency to complete the works and reinstate our water supply. Both Thames Water and London Orbital were fantastic and I am truly grateful. A trustworthy, reasonably priced company (not so common, I know). They liaised directly with Thames water so I did not have to bother with any of the technical details. A special thank you to Colin the main plumber who attended on both occasions. Initial visit to give an estimate was done at Christmas time and I didn’t hear anything from them for a long time. When I eventually followed it up, I am so glad I did, they were very apologetic and from that point onwards communication was timely. Thank you London Orbital I can not recommend you highly enough.

Had a problem with a noisy stop valve in cellar, so had to get them out for a leak investigation. . . As soon as they arrived, no B.S & straight to work. Had to remove small section of laminate floor and floor board. Tool less than 2hr. Didn't even have any of the snacks I bought for them because they were more concerned about getting job done as fast&efficiently as possible. They also tried to fix stiff door which was nice of them. Stiff door caused by leaking pipe. The ONLY negative is one of the plumbers did not wear a mask when he entered property through living room area. Yes, he was in there very briefly, not more than 2 minutes. So just need to be more aware IF dealing with older/vulnerable adults. Thanks for sorting

Had a problem with my outside drain, called London orbital response, they showed up within the hour and attended and unblocked the drain and left it in working order, quick efficient service and reasonably priced, thank you orbital response, and i would highly recommend to anyone else.
