Service is never on time. Train is completely dirty. Hardly any seats to sit on cause the are ripped and shredded. No cushion just flat. Charger sockets are non usually and not worth plugging ur charger into it. When was the last tested?

Completely unreliable. Not the first time when I'm writing for a train for around an hour, because one of trains was cancelled and the other one is delayed by 20 minute. Which is not so nice, when this is a train to the airport... The argument "delays might not be their fault" doesn't apply here. As a final customer I don't- and I shouldn't- care if the delay is caused by staff shortage, problems with tracks or whatever other reason might be in place.
