This is a shame! The room in Don Gratton that was given to my daughter was long time dirty and this is how we found it when my daughter checked in on 10 September. There were at first sight two maintenance problems. One with the closet door, which could hardly be opened and the other with the shower that was splashing all over the bathroom. All these due to the complete lack of maintenance. The shared kitchen was also dirty and the cupboard was rickety. There was dirt everywhere, on the floor, on the walls, and on every surface. How unacceptable. The whole building has a mold odour(!!!) and there is mold in the bathroom of the ensuite. Needless to say that these are highly unhealthy conditions. While they were expecting students to check in on Saturday September 10, there was not a single person from the company on site and there was no way of contacting them because they are closed on weekends! These are definitely not the facilities and room advertised at the company's site and that we paid for. We feel deceived not only by the medieval conditions provided at such a high cost, but also by the way the company communicated with us and demanded immediate prepayment of the first instalment within 24 hours in order for us to secure the room. This is a shame! Date of experience: 10 September 2022
