Edward was amazing. Friendly and helpful expert, with quick and professional advice. I had bought a student oboe on eBay and discovered it wasn’t in working order. The seller wasn’t convinced, and I needed a repair quote to help claiming a refund. Camden Dot Music recommended Edward - and he exceeded expectation. Not only did he diagnose the multiple issues of repair - he also helped me understand this was not a good model for me to re-learn the oboe - and he recommended two local teachers who could help me learn the oboe on conservatoire key system (which is what I learned at school). I could see Edward takes great care with his business. He cares about his customers and his instruments. I would happily recommend him for repairs and for renting instruments.
