I do not normally write reviews so well keep this very short. Iām not going to mention names as everyone plays an important and positive role within London Move. However, I must note one individual who goes beyond and provides that aftercare service experience from start to finish when dealing with reported incidents, I consider a valuable asset to the business. (You know who you are š if reading this message). Overall if anyone or landlord requires support and professional management services, then stop by at London move new premises , a lovely and relax office space.

Have had countless issues since the first week we moved in. Speaking to tenants in a respectful manner is part and parcel of the job of a property manager, which unfortunately London Move is incapable of doing. Do not appreciate being shouted at aggressively when simply raising concerns and enquiring about the tenancy agreement and a calm and polite manner.

Witnessed completely unprofessional, aggressive and unprovoked behaviour from the manager (Abdul) when enquiring about the tenancy agreement. This included but was not limited to sarcasm, rude language and disrespect whilst we were being polite. Have had many issues with the flat we are staying in due to the poor quality and dilapidation. Have warned wider network to avoid if possible.
